Exceed Expectations!! I was sceptical at first utilising this type of process, whereby you supply what the repair / issue is and then you get quotes and then you have to choose from those particular Repairers. Let’s just say the process has been flawless. I chose Autolab after looking at the reviews & services. The team at Autolab were amazing & contacted me & I was able to book in my car to get repaired. Once booked in, I dropped my car off & they were super friendly, polite & wanted to make sure what they were going to repair aligned to what was submitted & they were upfront if there were going to be any additional charges from the beginning. They exceeded expectations. The car was repaired & they even dropped the car back to my home. George & Ash made me feel welcome & like family.
